Zodiak in point at 2 years old.We have been so busy with fall and winter preparations that we forgot to wish our two year olds a Happy Birthday! Oken, Zala and Zodiak turned two years old on September 27! We can't believe how much they all have grown over the past year, not only physically but mentally.
All three are rising stars.
Oken is so eager to please that it makes leader training with him so much fun. He challenges us when he makes assumptions about what we might want. This is something we like to see because it tells us he is thinking. Now he just needs to learn to wait until we tell him what we want versus just assuming. Funny how people and dogs can have the same tendencies.
Zala continues to have a serious drive and focus. Runs this season in lead show us that she is ready for her next challenge.
Zodiak is a pulling maniac. His power is tremendous. His maturity has caught up with his siblings and he seems ready for more time in lead.
We are thankful to have these three in our kennels and in our lives.
