Last month, two Media majors from the University of Minnesota spent some time with us on the trail. They wanted to create a video to add to their resumes. Instead, they pitched it to the Minneapolis Star Tribune newspaper and it appeared on their website. What a great job they did! This is the video by Gabe Erickson and Matt Guth.
